Lori Aleknavicius, PsyD, LP, co-founder of Inner Fōkus, graduated from Argosy University in Orange County, CA in 2006. She has been a licensed Clinical Psychologist since 2008 and is licensed in both California and Minnesota. Dr. Lori has worked in hospital and outpatient clinic settings across the country and has experience with a range of diagnoses, levels of illness severity, and age ranges.

Areas of Interest

Over the course of her training and clinical work, Dr. Lori  has obtained extensive therapy experience with children, adolescents, adults and families. Dr. Lori’s areas of expertise include mood disorders, eating disorders, parenting, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, relational problems, and childhood developmental disorders, as well as individual, executive, and life coaching. Dr. Lori also develops and provides workshops that integrate positive mental and physical health for women, as well as parenting seminars.

Hobbies

Outside of the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and yoga.
